Free initial consultation lasts about 30 minutes.  The aim is to discuss about your case and symptoms in detail to decide which techniques are suitable for the treatment.  At the same time James will explain to you the treatment options available to best deal with your symptoms.

About answering machine

When James is with a client or on the phone, your call will be diverted to an answering machine. We do understand that you may feel disappointed not to be able to talk to James in person, but please leave a message. James will return your call as soon as possible when he is able to give you his full attention.  James highly values the time he spends with his clients, so that is why he prefers to call you back if he cannot give you his full attention.
