Some facts about smoking

A study in Scotland estimated the cost to industry for smoking related absence to be £40 million per year and productivity losses to be in the region of £450 million.

Also the results from a 50 year study show that about half to two thirds of ALL lifelong smokers will eventually die because of smoking.  Death is usually caused by one of the three major diseases; lung cancer, chronic obstructive lung disease and coronary heart  disease.  Frighteningly death usually follow after years of ill health. Easy stop smoking with hypnotherapy

Easy Stop Smoking session usually takes between 90 minutes to 2 hours. After the session you will be a natural non-smoker. 

Of course it is not a magic pill, so for it to be effective YOU must have a true desire to stop. For example it won't work very well if you are only here because your boyfriend or wife has been on at you to stop, or your work is paying for the session, when actually you don't really want to stop.

But if you are truly committed to stop smoking, hypnotherapy is one of the most effective ways to break the habit. With hypnotherapy there are none of the associated cravings usually experienced with other treatments. A mouthful of cold water is usually all you need if you feel like a cigarette, and you don't even have to swallow it.
